If you have tried downloading one of our programs a few times, and are still having problems, please check your Internet connection to make sure your connection is working properly. If you are sure your Internet connection is fine, it could be a problem with our server. Sometimes this occurs when the Internet is at its busiest, but the situation will only be temporary. Please try downloading again after a couple of hours. If you are still experiencing problems downloading, report the downloading problem on our Support Page. We'll fix the problem ASAP.
Please follows the steps in following checklist
1) Please check if your internet connection is working.
2) Login to Google apps and verify that your account is enabled
3) Enter your complete Google Apps email address as username and your password as password.
4) Set proxy settings if you use a proxy server.
Please make sure that you have selected "Use Proxy Server" in Proxy settings and then click "Save" button I have selected "Use Internet Explorer proxy settings", but doesn't seems to work? Please make sure that you have selected "Use Proxy Server" as well. When notifier imports proxy settings from Internet Explorer it should show server name and port in proxy settings. Otherwise if there are no proxy settings in IE, you will see an alertbox saying "No proxy settings found in Internet Explorer".
No it will not. If you wish to remove it, you can remove it from Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

After downloading our software, the installation routine will automatically install .Net if you do not already have it. You may also install it manually if you wish. You can download it from Microsoft's website (free). Installing the .NET Framework takes 1-2 minutes (not including download time).
