    Quick question for the experts

I have been using Gmail Notifier for a couple of days and its seems like a nice app but i wonder if it has a memory leak?. It is constantly using 35mb of memory and that's seems like too much for merely checking to see if there's new mail.  Google Talk also has a built in Gmail notification feature and it sits around 10mb memory when you're not chatting with it.

    Any ideas?

Hi, It takes only around 14 o 15 MB on vista but XP treats it differently. There is no database attached to the app and it keeps the list of old RSS of emails in memory to compare them with the new ones, that might be causing it.
