Great news.... I don't know about anyone else, but it would be really cool if the popup carried the logo I've uploaded to Google Apps. Might be a little ambitious I presume, but would be very neat! Alternitively, how about a more realistic option of having a different coloured pop-up for each account...

Same for us....we're running two Google Apps accounts, and it would be great if we could either have two instances of notifier running or that one instance could check multiple acconts.

That's exacty what I'm looking for, too: a gmail notifier that can manage multiple accounts, including both plain gmail.com as well as Google Apps for Domain accounts.
