i am not sure if you are using any proxy settings in your pc? did you try it on some other pc which is not under same network. if you are using proxy then it wont work. Still trying to figure out the problem! Thanks

Hi, Please download setup file from downloads and unzip it. Run the setup file and install application. That's it you are done. For the first time when application runs it doesn't register itself to system startup. Please go to options section to set the startup mode. It should work fine in most scenarios...
